Meet the Frackers

John and Rita Fracker, a loving couple married for 18 years, have dedicated their lives to Christian missionary work in Romania. John, an American, and Rita, originally from the Roma community in Romania, found their calling in Viile Tecii.

Together with their two sons, Holden (17) and JT (12), they reside in Romania. Over the years, they’ve witnessed God’s work through them, planting and nurturing two churches for His kingdom and rescuing children from abusive environments.

This ministry, known as the “House of Hope,” provided a safe haven for these children, offering them not just shelter but also the hope of a better future.

Initially, they bought a house for the children, but soon realized they needed more than just a building – they needed a family environment. Thus, they initiated a foster program, placing the children in their own home and that of another pastor. This allowed the children to experience the love and care of a family.

The original house was repurposed to accommodate displaced Ukrainian refugee families, extending the mission of hope and compassion to them.

Through their unwavering commitment to serving others, John and Rita exemplify the transformative power of love and compassion, spreading hope and the message of Christ’s love to those in need.
